We'll ask about what brought you here, what's been weighing on you, and what you hope to work on. You share what feels right.
No Pressure
No judgment. This is your time to be heard without having to perform or explain yourself perfectly.
Your Comfort Matters
This is a safe space. We mean that literally.
You can pause at any time if something feels too heavy.
You don't have to answer every question we ask.
Silence is okay. We won't fill it with pressure.
If you need to reschedule or take a break, that's completely fine.
